I think everyone knows what this movie is about so I'm not going to into too much detail. Basically the whole movie is based off of a joke by Doug Benson about Morgan Spurlock's Super Size Me. The premise of this film however is to see the effects of marijuana (if there are any) can have on the body.
For the first half of the movie, he has to give up smoking for 30 days. A task which doesn't seem that hard for him. Then they did a series of tests to see how his body reacts sober. He had to take a physical, lung capacity test, SAT, memory test, and even a psychic ability test.
Then after 30 days drug free, had to get super high every day for 30 days and take all the same tests again. The results were pretty inconclusive. Sometimes he did better without smoking, other tests were better while he was super high (SAT's for example).
Although the movie was fun to watch and I enjoyed his stand up bits throughout the movie, the overall effect of the documentary was lacking a bit. They did have moments where they did show how ridiculous the DEA can be in California, where medicinal marijuana is legal. But they didn't hit on the facts hard enough. Just too busy showing the difference between him high and not. And it definitely didn't have the same production value as Super Size Me at all.
