Now before you go passing judgement let me explain. I had seen this movie pop up on my netflix a couple of times and I'm not going to lie the title always caught my attention (that and Jason Sudeikis). But at the same time it always made it the reason I wouldn't watch it. Well, the other day my roommate was going through the titles and once again I saw it so I shouted the name out loud. This, of course, made him turn it on. And after watching half of it, decided I should finish it up today.
The movie is about Eric (Jason Sudeikis) and his friends from high school. They spend almost every weekend of the summer at Eric's father's summer home in the Hamptons. Unfortunately Eric's dad (Don Johnson) decides it's time to sell the house. Eric and his best friend Mike (Tyler Labine) contemplate over how to wrap up all the epic parties (including a pretty awesome looking White Trash Bash) and come up with the idea of an orgy. They are now set with the task of convincing the rest of their friends to join in.
Although it may not have the best writing in the world, it did have some pretty good one liners throughout it. It helps too that the writing was backed by comedians such as Jason Sudeikis, Nick Kroll, Tyler Labine, Will Forte, Martin Starr, David Koechner etc. (I swear I'm not one of those people that think girls aren't funny). However the characters were pretty much stereotypes (especially the women), but that happens in ensembles.
