Well, the movie starts with fish in a fish tank pondering the meaning of life. That's when the film is broken up into 7 parts of life starting with birth and ending with death. I can't really go into more detail because then I would be writing forever.
There were bits or parts I guess that were smart and funny, but I started to loose interest after awhile. This is no Holy Grail but has a more commercial approach to Monty Python (in my opinion). Not as many obscure or background jokes going on. Then they had some parts that were just disgusting and I couldn't wait for it to end (the restaurant puke scene). They did have some catchy songs though and that always helps me get through a movie. But overall, not my favorite Monty Python film.
